Probity Builders LLC of Portland, Oregon, was founded in January, 2005, by Ron and Jill White. We are an Oregon state certified Emerging Small Business (ESB #4326).

With over 20 years of public and private business experience, owner and Head Coach Ron White brings diverse, world-wide experiences ranging from a $1M Child Development Center in Groton, Conn., to the $145M Terminal Expansion South at PDX in Portland, Ore.

Ron has managed and/or engineered hundreds of projects in Oregon, California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Europe, Africa and Asia. Ron is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon and serves as the managing member of the local association. In addition, Ron is a LEED® Accredited Professional (LEED® AP) through the US Green Building Council (www.usgbc.org).

Jill White, co-owner of Probity Builders, brings a wealth of experience to the company. Jill provides crucial office management support, including the development of marketing materials for Probity as well as for numerous clients. Jill's involvement with Probity also includes outreach to M/WESB's and Human Resource support.

In the Community

In addition to operating Probity Builders, Ron and Jill are actively involved in the community:

• The Whites have spent time in Guadalajara planning and working on the Jardin Project in cooperation with the Portland-Guadalajara Sister City Association. The goal is to create an inner city interpretive center and park that will be built "green" and include educational exhibits on sustainability. The landscape and architecture are inspired by Portland native vegetation and landmarks.

• In 2007, Ron completed his role as the Manager of the Holy Trinity School "Track and Field of Dreams" construction project, which he describes as being involved in "managing the design, construction, and execution" of a new all-weather track at the Holy Trinity Parish.

• In 2009, Probity Builders was involved with the Annual Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs (OAME) Youth Conference which focuses on young entrepreneurs and their journey towards success. This all-day event captures youth attention through group business activities, public speakers, and videos demonstrating innovative young entrepreneurs.
